I am a New England transplant from Foxboro, MA who worked in educational sales for over 25 years as the Office Manager and Treasurer for a New England Educational Sales Group and as an Educational Consultant for Newsweek Magazine before relocating to Southwest Florida in 2010 and starting my Real Estate career. I joined Coldwell Banker Realty in 2017 excited for a new challenge. I am proud of my sales achievements over the years starting out as Rookie of the Year in 2010 and reaching Diamond Status in 2021 (the top 12% Coldwell agents worldwide)!
Keeping up to date on the ever-changing real estate market is important and education is the key. Not only do I take classes through the national and local Realtor Associations, but Coldwell Banker offers extensive training on all their tools and market trends. I have earned several designations - ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative designation), RSPS (Resort and Second Home Property Specialist certification) and ePRO (Internet Professional certification). I am trying to decide which one to do next!
Whether you are looking to buy or sell a vacation home or a permanent residence, I can assist you in your search. There are so many distinct types of homes and communities to choose from and my community knowledge, hard work and personal attention will make your dream a reality. My organizational skills and enthusiastic but professional manner will make you feel comfortable with the search process and your decision to purchase a home. Even if you are not in Florida, I will stay connected with you and forward information about potential properties for you to review and be ready to act on your behalf when the perfect home becomes available. I will be with you from the beginning of your search until the final papers are signed and then some!
I live at Worthington Country Club in Bonita Springs with my husband Wayne, who retired as the Assistant Fire Chief in Lexington, MA. My son Andy lives in Hanover, MA with his wife Kim and their sons James & Teddy. My daughter Kim (yes, 2 Kims!) lives in Sarasota, FL with her daughter Paisley. An avid sports fan, Pam enjoys golfing, yoga, reading, knitting and painting with watercolors or pastels.
By attending classes and earning designations (like ABR, RSPS, ePRO), I have the specialized training to help you in your sale or search. If you are looking for a home in Southwest Florida (Bonita Springs, Cape Coral, Estero, Fort Myers, Marco Island or Naples), contact Pam on her cell phone at 239-313-1511 or by e/m at firstname.lastname@example.org. Let the search begin!
