More About Me

Pam is a New England transplant from Foxboro, MA who worked in educational sales for over 25 years as the Office Manager and Treasurer for a New England Educational Sales Group and as an Educational Consultant for Newsweek Magazine before relocating to Southwest Florida in 2010 and starting her Real Estate career. After working with another broker (earning annual sales achievement awards), Pam joined Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in December 2017. Excited for a new challenge and new opportunities, Pam continues to earn annual sales achievement awards.

Always working to improve her Real Estate skills and knowledge, Pam has earned her ABR – Accredited Buyer's Representative designation, RSPS – Resort and Second Home Property Specialist certification and ePRO - Internet Professional certification. She continues to take classes offered to assist her customers in their property search or sale of their home.

Whether you are looking to buy or sell a vacation home or a permanent residence, Pam can assist you in your search. There are so many different types of homes and communities to choose from and Pam's community knowledge, hard work and personal attention will make your dream a reality. Her organizational skills and enthusiastic but professional manner will make you feel comfortable with the search process and your decision to purchase a home. Even if you aren't in Florida, Pam will keep in touch with you and forward information about potential properties for you to review and be ready to act on your behalf when the perfect home becomes available. Pam and her husband, Wayne, who retired as the Assistant Fire Chief in Lexington, MA, live at Worthington Country Club in Bonita Springs. She has two children, her son Andy who lives in Hanover, MA with his wife Kim and their sons James & Teddy. Her  daughter Kim lives in Sarasota, FL with her daughter Paisley. An avid sports fan, Pam enjoys golfing, yoga, reading, knitting and painting with watercolors or pastels.
